10 Travel Instagram Accounts to Inspire Your Next Trip

10 travel instagram accounts to follow

I’ll be honest, I’ve planned entire trips around a picture I saw on Instagram. It’s my favorite social channel for travel inspiration. It’s also a great way to connect with other bloggers and travelers. There’s just so much talent out there! It was hard to narrow down, but these are the 10 travel Instagram accounts that have inspired me most. Check them out, I’m sure they’ll stir some wanderlust in you!

I started following Wendy when she first quit her 9-5 job to travel full time. She inspires me to get in front of the camera more when traveling (it’s a struggle of mine). She does an amazing job at capturing the moment, and I love her whimsy shots!

Nico has a slightly darker feed than I’m usually drawn to, but his city shots make me want to move to Europe ASAP. If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m a lover of facades and street scenes, and Nico’s feed is so perfectly curated with all of this and more.

Christie is one of my favorite travel photographers on Insta. Her feed is full of Italy, ivy, and all the pretty nooks she finds around the world. Her attention to detail really shines through her photos, and she’s inspired several of my trips!

Leyla lives in Chicago and has a knack for finding all the gems in the city. She finds the best facades, cafes, doors, you name it. She’s usually with her son in hand, which makes for adorable photos! I always find myself wanting to visit the places she captures.

Who doesn’t love Paris? This account is a collection of David and Georgianna’s Parisian photos. They also have an Etsy shop where you can buy their prints! I haven’t even been to Paris yet, but their feed alone gets me so excited for my upcoming trip in May. I love how they capture the details and layers of the city.

Mairin’s gorgeous account will seriously feed into your wanderlust! I love the angles and colors in her photos. She’s based in London and travels all around the world with her husband and baby.

Nina knows how to capture a city! I love following her colorful adventures. Her Puerto Rico pictures were actually the ones that inspired me to visit last December! And, her last Paris trip had me commenting all the heart eyes.

Anika’s colorful feed is so much fun! She’s currently based in Amsterdam and travels around the world with her soon-to-be husband. She always finds the most “Instagram-worthy” foods to eat, the cutest shops, the perfect flowers, and bikes, etc. She’s super sweet too and sent me a bunch of recommendations for my first trip to Amsterdam last May.

Jessica is based in London, and I loveeee the way she captures it. How have I not been to London yet? She travels a lot around Europe with her young daughter, and shares her inspiring photos along the way!

Brian is from Boston and takes photos of his daily commute! The results really show the charm of the city throughout every season. I love how he took something so simple and turned it into a great Instagram feed that truly makes me want to visit Boston.

I see Paris is trending high on the pretty image list! Having returned from my first trip to Paris last night, I can understand why. Yet, I guess one has to be up at sunrise to capture such empty streets, as I got crowds everywhere!
Thank you for the post, will look them up on insta 🙂
